Yes, KADYLUXE provides shipping to the US, Canada, and worldwide.

Domestic Shipping:

UPS Standard Delivery

Shipping costs $10, or enjoy free shipping when you spend $100.

Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

 

UPS 2 Day Delivery

Elevate your shipping to Express for $20.

Estimated Delivery: 2 business days from dispatch.

 

UPS Overnight Delivery

Opt for Overnight delivery for $30.

Estimated Delivery: Overnight from dispatch.

Please keep in mind that orders placed on Fridays or during the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday, as we do not operate over the weekend.

 

International Shipping:

 

For our global community, international shipping is available at a flat rate of $40 for orders outside of the United States. We entrust DHL courier for secure international delivery. Your parcel should typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

 

Please be aware that this shipping charge covers transportation only and doesn't include any import duties or taxes that might be levied by your destination country's authorities. While we diligently dispatch your order, any customs-related delays or charges are beyond our control.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be altered or canceled. Should you wish to make any modifications, we kindly request that you refer to our Return Policy and address any adjustments after the delivery has been completed.

For international orders, the KADYLUXE shipping charge is exclusively for transportation expenses. It's important to note that, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, this charge does not encompass any potential import obligations that the destination country's government may impose. KADYLUXE cannot assume responsibility for any customs delays, duties, or taxes that could be applicable in the destination country. RETURNS

For our domestic customers, we offer free shipping and returns within the United States on all orders above $100. If your order total did not exceed $100 and you choose to return an item for a refund, please note that there is a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. However, this fee will be waived if you opt for an exchange or choose to receive store credit instead. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

 

For international customers: we can only offer returns for a refund at this time (no exchanges).

 

Please be aware that if you are returning multiple items from the same order but are unable to fit all the garments into one package, you will be required to submit multiple return requests through our returns portal to generate multiple labels.

The fabrics employed by Kadyluxe are exclusive to our brand, carefully crafted using the highest-quality threads. While nylon and lycra® constitute the primary components of our leggings, our tops and tees feature a blend of polyester cotton or spandex. Our designers travel to source fabrications each season from mills in the local areas of our factory production sites, so the supply chain can be traced through and through.

AVAILABILITY AND RESTOCKING
