WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE- DENVER

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack online and wholesale orders.
• Product Production: Apply heat transfers to blanks using industrial fashion pressing equipment.
• Inbound Quality Control: Inspect and verify quality and accuracy of incoming shipments from overseas manufacturers.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate counts and assist with audits and cycle counts.
• Warehouse Operations: Load/unload shipments, organize stock, and maintain a clean, organized space.
• Customer Service Support: Respond to customer service emails with professionalism and clarity, assisting with order updates, issues, and tracking.
• Team Collaboration: Assist the Operations Director with seasonal production prep, special projects, and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, order fulfillment, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product handling and heat transfers
• Experience with Shopify, EDI platforms, and Basecamp is a plus
• Clear, professional written communication for customer service emails
• Google Sheets proficient 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active, physical tasks throughout the shift
• Good eye for quality control and working with apparel is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our Denver Highlands warehouse. May need to drop packages off at UPS, FedEx, and USPS
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Interest in fashion or sports leagues is a bonus!

Position Details

• Part-Time: Approx. 30 hours per week
• Flexible Hours: Minimum of 4 hours per day; must be available for scheduled team meetings
• Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour, paid biweekly
• In-Person Role: Based at our Denver warehouse in Highlands Denver
