At KADYLUXE, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as our activewear. For all orders over $75 within the United States, we offer free shipping and returns/exchanges.

Domestic Shipping:

UPS Standard Delivery

Shipping costs $10, or enjoy free shipping when you spend $75.

Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.

UPS 2 Day Delivery

Elevate your shipping to Express for $20.

Estimated Delivery: 2 business days from dispatch.

UPS Overnight Delivery

Opt for Overnight delivery for $30.

Estimated Delivery: Overnight from dispatch.

Please keep in mind that orders placed on Fridays or during the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday, as we do not operate over the weekend.

International Shipping:

For our global community, international shipping is available at a flat rate of $40 for orders outside of the United States. We entrust DHL courier for secure international delivery. Your parcel should typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days from dispatch.

Please be aware that this shipping charge covers transportation only and doesn't include any import duties or taxes that might be levied by your destination country's authorities. While we diligently dispatch your order, any customs-related delays or charges are beyond our control.

Secure Your Delivery

When providing a delivery address, if it's a business location, remember to include the company name. Ensure the address you provide is safe, so your parcel is secure upon arrival. Please note that once our carrier confirms delivery, the risk and ownership of the goods transfer to you. We want to ensure a seamless experience, but we can't accept responsibility if a delivered order goes missing or becomes unaccounted for afterward.

Delivery Timeframes

KADYLUXE relies on trusted third-party delivery services such as United States Postal Service or DHL couriers. This means that delivery times post-dispatch are subject to these external services, which are outside our control. Please understand that all our delivery timeframes are estimations. We won't be held liable for any inconvenience, expenses, or other consequences caused by any delivery delays.

Once your order is placed, an order confirmation email will be on its way to you. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an emailed invoice and then a follow-up email with tracking information. Please note that once an order is placed, changes to payment methods or cancellation aren't possible. If any changes need to be made, our Return Policy is ready to assist.
