Returns Policy

Thank you for your order and your valued support of KADYLUXE! Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. While we trust you'll adore your new items, if for any reason they don't meet your expectations, we've designed a straightforward return and exchange procedure. Please take a moment to review our complete policy below, and initiate your return or exchange using the link provided at the bottom of this page.

For our domestic customers, we offer free shipping and returns within the United States on all orders above $75. If your order total did not exceed $75 and you choose to return an item for a refund, please note that there is a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. However, this fee will be waived if you opt for an exchange or choose to receive store credit instead. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

For international customers: we can only offer returns for a refund at this time (no exchanges).

Please be aware that if you are returning multiple items from the same order but are unable to fit all the garments into one package, you will be required to submit multiple return requests through our returns portal to generate multiple labels.


Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items not meeting our quality standards may be denied.

Once received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

All items marked as final 'sale' or 'outlet' are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Please note that licensed items are non-refundable. These items are customizable and considered final sale.


Items May Be Denied for Return If Any of the Following Apply:

Washed or worn

Display deodorant marks

Show any type of staining

Present excessive wrinkling

Have detached size/wash & care tags (not hang tags)

Show animal/human hair

Carry persistent odors like smoke, cologne, or detergent

Display visible wear or damage

Show signs of damage from external forces


Shipping Address Responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses will not qualify for replacements or refunds.

Return labels will be generated upon request, and they will include the designated return address for your convenience.


Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you suspect a manufacturing issue, please provide a comment when prompted in your return request through the portal link below, or contact our customer service team at info@kadyluxe.com. While we are committed to our quality pledge, please understand that KADYLUXE is not liable for issues arising from external factors.


Exchanges:

While we strive to accommodate exchanges, if inventory is depleted, an automatic refund will be issued.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kadyluxe.com.

For transactions made with both gift cards and credit cards, the refund will be credited back to the gift card first.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
